When founder Naomi Duan set out to build the brand, she kept coming back to one question: why is it so hard to wear shirts? They're a wardrobe essential, yet notoriously difficult to style and even harder to maintain — constantly wrinkling, constantly demanding attention. ARIMA was founded to solve that modern problem.

The next step was to find the right material. Multiple back and forth, five test batches...We tested, rejected, and started over — until the fabric moved the way we needed it to. How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 10-14 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International orders typically arrive within 10–14 business days. Customs fees and import duties are the responsibility of the buyer.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
How do I start a return?
Email us at arima.shop.official@gmail.com with your order number. We'll send you a prepaid return label within 2 business days.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes. If you need a different size, email us and we'll hold the item while your return is in transit, subject to availability.
Are sale items returnable?
Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
How do your pieces fit?
Arima pieces are designed with an intentional oversized structure. We recommend checking the size guide on each product page before ordering.
What if I'm between sizes?
Size up for a relaxed fit, size down if you prefer a closer silhouette.
How do I care for my Arima pieces?
Machine wash cold, gentle cycle. After washing, hang to dry — our fabric is engineered to release wrinkles naturally as it dries, no ironing needed.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All transactions are encrypted and processed through Shopify's secure payment system. We never store card details.
